Description
python-oletools is a package of Python tools to analyze Microsoft OLE2 files.
The MS OLE2 file format is also called Structured Storage, Compound File Binary Format or Compound Document File Format. It is used for example for (old-style, pre-XML) Microsoft Office documents or in Outlook messages.
'python-oletools' is useful mainly for malware analysis, forensics and debugging (hazard-free macro extraction and anaylsis).
