Unable to install port nice

While performing "sudo port install nice +universal", the compiler fails with the following message.

nice 0.9.13 dates back to December 2007. I'm not surprised it doesn't build anymore. See also #23017 where a different build failure was reported in 2009.

nice: delete port

Upstream project has been dormant since last release in 2007.
Currently depends on deprecated port kaffe.
Build errors were previously reported.
