Description
When building webkit2-gtk, the configure step ends with an error, the log file says it's missing …build/Source/WebKit2/CMakeFiles/PluginProcess.dir/link.txt": no such file or directory

I'm guessing that you are building with +quartz. A fix that should help you was committed recently in r144819. Please update your ports, clean and try again.
sudo port selfupdate sudo port clean webkit2-gtk sudo port install webkit2-gtk +quartz
