If it helps, I experienced the same problem and found this:
http://aleksmaus.blogspot.ru/2015/12/macvim-with-macports-and-xcode-72.html
Where the author suggested a chmod g-w on com.apple.CoreSimulator.CoreSimulatorService.xpc. This resolved the error for me.
My env:
- OS-X: 10.11.3
- XCode: 7.2
EDIT: I had upgraded from Mavericks to El Capitan and completely removed MacPorts _as well as_ using dscl to delete the macports group and user accounts. When comparing the output of dscl . -read /Users/macports before and after, there were significant differences (which may have contributed to my successful resolution).

Unfortunately this is a known problem with Xcode 7.2.
