Hello i've got this message when i updated macpotrs
Startup items have been generated that will aid in # starting dbus with launchd. They are disabled # by default. Execute the following commands to start them, # and to cause them to launch at startup
is that grave or not i am scary for my comp

You installed dbus, and it gave you some extra information.
There should be nothing to worry about.
To work properly, dbus needs to run programs in the background, but they are not started by default.
If you do not want them to run, do nothing.
If you want them to run, follow the instructions you mention:
port notes bus
.
