Description
The new version of rancid is 3.3.0.
This upgrades rancid to the latest version.
There is also a note about the change in database format in the notes {} section to support IPv6.
Unfortunately this doesn't fix #28923. This would need to be fixed upstream. I'll try building it on my PI 2 to see if that works.

About the patch, please do not modify the
# $Id:line. It may mean you have edited on old version of the Portfile.
The one I edited was as follows - should I resubmit the patch?

Only if it was not based on the current trunk version of the Portfile.

Just re-checked. There's a commit that was submitted just over one hour ago. I'll re-send the patch.
Never mind. The latest change set didn't modify rancid. the patch is against the current trunk version of the rancid portfile.

By the time I submitted the patch 3.3.0 was the current version. I have updated the patch against current trunk to bring it to 3.4.1
