py27-jupyter @1.0.0: activation error

Description

I get an activation error when I try to install the Jupyter metapackage. 

$ sudo port -vs install py27-jupyter
...
Error: org.macports.activate for port py27-jupyter returned: Image error: /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/site-packages/jupyter.py is being used by the active py27-jupyter_core port.  Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate py27-jupyter' to force the activation.
Warning: targets not executed for py27-jupyter: org.macports.activate

Error: Processing of port py27-jupyter failed

The problem seems to have been introduced by the recent upgrade to py27-jupyter_core @4.1.0_0.
