Description
In either an xterm (TERM=xterm-xfree86) or iTerm, when I scroll with the up or down arrow in the newsgroup selection or the group index, the whole screen is redisplayed, making scrolling quite slow.
Rebuilding tin with the --with-screen=ncurses option solves this problem.
