Description

Update to 1.0.29, and fix configure to build modules properly. While this causes the python module to be a bundle, as needed, it doesn't seem to survive "import libxslt" unless DYLD_FORCE_FLAT_NAMESPACE is set when python is run.

In 7e617f55c639ea091d8aff8b55162d4d16d50511/macports-ports (master):

libxslt: Stop changing need_relink in ltmain.sh

No longer change need_relink=yes to need_relink=no in ltmain.sh. I have
to assume that whatever problem this was fixing 19 years ago no longer
exists.
