Are you sure this is the right log file? There is no mention of graph-tool in this file.

Sorry, I'm not sure what happened. I updated it and ensured it's the correct one.

This is actually unrelated to py-graph-tool. See the workaround described in https://trac.macports.org/ticket/44288. Someone needs to patch python34/python35.

Apologies. I didn't know the log I pasted would get so screwed up. I attached it as a file but don't know how to remove the pasting I did. The "modify" button doesn't seem to let me edit that part.
