libtool 2.4.6 doesn't seem to find the source on any of the mirrors

Description
I confirmed host resolution with nslookup, but my chrome browser fails to find the directory the libtool port is looking in.

To which directory are you referring?
The problem is evidently that MacPorts cannot resolve hosts, but I don't know why that would be.
