This problem is due to the change of suffix (.tar.gz -> .tgz) of rubygems distfile at RubyForge, and it is already reported and fixed. Check: ​http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5072

After doing 'port sync', I think it will be ok.
