Note, The revision 1
lines should be deleted because it starts at 0 when increasing the version and that is the default value.

Carles: What's the issue with google-flog in MacPorts? Is there a ticket open for it?

I just updated google-glog to 0.3.4, per #50278. Maybe that will allow external glog to be used with the latest gnss-sdr?

I'm checking in using the external glog. Please let me know if that won't work & we can fix it after the fact. Committed in r148785.
