Trying to install PSPP via Macports on OSX El Capitan

Hello, I'm trying to install PSPP on my MacBook but seem to be having a host of problems witht he following error:

In the future, please fill in the Port field with the port that actually fails to build and Cc that port's maintainers (port info --maintainers libgcc), if any.

The Milestone field is for use by Macports team members only, please do not set it.

You need to do that. Since Trac is not for tech support. Follow-up on the ​Macports Users mailing list if you have any further problems.

Before you force-activate expat, understand how you got into this situation, and decide whether a different course of action might be better. Read wiki:ProblemHotlist#xmlwf.
