Descriptions: sitecopy allows you to easily maintain remote Web sites. The program will upload files to the server which have changed locally, and delete files from the server which have been removed locally.

excellent - commited!
minor stuff to improve (already fixed in commited files): -make patches unidiffs (diff -u) -name patches like the files they patch (e. g. patch-Makefile.in) -use already existent variabels (e. g. master_sites ${homepage})
btw. I changed the category to 'www' as I think it fits better (checked freebsd ports and its also in 'www' there)
