p5-html-format: switch to p5-html-formatter and update to 2.14

Description

I was told on IRC that ​http://search.cpan.org/dist/HTML-Format/ should be replaced by ​http://search.cpan.org/dist/HTML-Formatter/

Both because the current one has the wrong name and it is at an older version.

Also, ​https://api.metacpan.org/release/HTML-Formatter exists, but ​https://api.metacpan.org/release/HTML-Format doesn't.

Yeah, looks like the author released a HTML::Format 2.12 2015-10-10 and renamed it to HTML::Formatter 2015-10-12 (with a non-TRIAL release 2015-10-13) :-\

We should probably do a new port mark this replaced-by p5-html-formater.

I don't have time to look at this today, but it's an openmaintainer port so if you do have time, please feel free to fix things.

I committed r149121.

Please take another look at ​https://api.metacpan.org/release/HTML-Formatter whenever you have time. I added two dependencies that the trace mode was complaining about, but there might be a few more runtime dependencies needed.
