libgomp configure error os x 10.6 gcc-5.4.0

Description

gcc5 fails to build on os x 10.6.8 due to problem with configure of libgomp. Using xcode compiler gcc4.2.

Will try to investigate cause, have eliminated google found bug ​https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=43511 

configure: error: unsupported system, cannot find sizeof (omp_lock_t)

this appears to have been fixed with the update of gcc5 to 5.5.0.
