Adds the git review

The latter - it should probably be categorized as devel
. To that end, I renamed it git-review
, as the py-
prefix usually implies a python module.
Is it OK to use the python PortGroup for things like this?
You should indicate which version of the Apache license this is licensed under. Not indicating it means that any version is acceptable, which is not usually the case. This appears to be licensed under Apache-2.
Ah, updated the Portfile to reflect this.

I tried this portfile locally and it seems that py-setuptools is a build dependency.
