Yes, but it, too, in spite of its naming, hasn't been updated since 2013. The associated documentation says the module is now deprecated in favor of Net::SMTPS. Maybe that module should be ported instead. The only current MacPorts dependency on Net::SMTP::TLS is SVN::Notify which is more current than any of the others. Perhaps we should suggest it's author to update to Net::SMTPS instead of the other modules.
