Description

The xar-devel package does not install because the ​http://xar.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/xar URL does not exist. See the message from the build log: 

:info:fetch svn: E160013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'http://xar.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/xar'
:info:fetch svn: E160013: 'http://xar.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/xar' path not found

Yes, Google Code has shut down. The xar project appears to be abandoned.

There is a GitHub fork at ​http://mackyle.github.io/xar/ ; maybe we should switch to that.
