xgawk doesn't build

Description

Have running OS X 10.10.5, MacPorts 2.3.4 and tried to install xgawk. Failed during building.

In the future, please Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers xgawk), if any.

Looks like it's missing -liconv.

However, we shouldn't invest any time in fixing the xgawk port; instead, the xgawk port should be replaced by a new gawkextlib port.
