Description
From what I can tell, the file that the libpaper port is trying to download is no longer available at the site listed. New versions are there however. I believe the port simply has to be updated.

Unfortunately it appears the port is still not functioning as I am getting a checksum error now:
---> Fetching distfiles for libpaper ---> Attempting to fetch libpaper_1.1.24+nmu4.tar.gz from http://ftp.sk.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libp/libpaper/ ---> Verifying checksums for libpaper Error: Checksum (rmd160) mismatch for libpaper_1.1.24+nmu4.tar.gz Error: Checksum (sha256) mismatch for libpaper_1.1.24+nmu4.tar.gz Error: org.macports.checksum for port libpaper returned: Unable to verify file checksums

The missing source tarball on the Debian mirror should not be a problem, as they are still available from MacPorts mirrors. However, you are correct a new version is available.
