Description
Attempting to build the latest perl5 package fails on Sierra, while attempting to run the specified make command appears to work, but only if run elevated, since it attempts to write to parents of the working directory.

That log isn’t clean. Please run sudo port clean perl5.22
and try installing again, and attach the new log if it fails.

It appears to be failing to build due to the attempt to target OS X 10.3, and is running into a missing library of some sort.
