make test fails on Snow Leopard:

There's some weird output like: 

Total:hasGit Passed:  Failed:  Skipped:   macports.test

I wonder if this points to the fact that Snow Leopard does not have /usr/bin/git and that the test is not handling this correcrtly.

Fix test.tcl parsing of test output

This could not handle tests with more than one constraint at all.
