Description (last modified by larryv (Lawrence Velázquez))
I am unable to install gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad.

The log file shows that the port is believing I should have qt installed (I don't). When I suppress qt and gtk3, I get the same result:

I'm new to the Ticket filing, so please forgive my errors in proper formatting. Is there something that I should have installed previously, or installed with a different switch?

Hi,
Is this package still maintained. If not what to do. Some packages still depend on this one ? Thanks for any advice
Regards

The port has been updated to 1.16.1. Do you still see this issue with that version?

Hi,
I don't know. In the meantime, I have moved to homebrew.

GStreamer 1.16.2 is available from upstream, but not yet in MacPorts as far as I can see.
Check out https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gst-plugins-bad/gst-plugins-bad-1.16.2.tar.xz, ryandesign.
The Portfile says 1.16.1

Could you clean again and attach the
main.log
mentioned in the error message?
