Description
"The Milestone field is for use by Macports team membes only, please do not set it"
The current guidance in the 700-word Trac Ticket Guidelines at https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets.guidelines is:
Milestone: This is a ticket label that indicates that the ticket is intended to be fixed in a particular MacPorts release. Leave it blank; it will be set by a project member if appropriate.
In order to properly follow the guidelines the reader needs to spot the three words "leave it blank" in the middle of the line. The most important information should be the hardest to miss, and that's far from the case here. Just moving "leave it blank" to the beginning of the line would be effective, eg: "Leave it blank; it will be set by a project member if appropriate to indicate that the ticket is intended to be fixed in a particular MacPorts release".

Thanks, fixed in r153045.
I think you also have a point with the 700-word ticket guidelines. I'll try to come up with a tl;dr version.
