fftw-3 @3.3.5_0: parallel headers missing

Description

THe earlier versions of FFTW3 used to install files required for Parallel FFTW (fftw3_mpi.h etc). The latest version doesn't seem to install these. Could the port file be updated so that the parallel FFT header files also get installed.

Also, please use the port name verbatim, as reported by MacPorts (“fftw-3”, not “FFTW3”).

You need to install fftw-3 (and any subports -long, -single, etc) with a mpi variant (e.g. +mpich).
