Seems more likely the problem is with whatever was being done after cleaning. What was the actual command you ran?

I have spent a few hours trying every commands, and same result. First I did nothing different from my normal routine (selfupdate, ...), then I tried uninstalling, deleting leaves, but nothing worked.
