I see similar on El Capitan:
Dyld Error Message: Symbol not found: __ZN6PoDoFo8PdfError12s_DgbEnabledE Referenced from: /Applications/MacPorts/Scribus.app/Contents/MacOS/Scribus Expected in: flat namespace in /Applications/MacPorts/Scribus.app/Contents/MacOS/Scribus
It was reported to the developers 15 months ago; they have not responded. Please ask them about it.
Incidentally, although I'm not sure if it relates to the problem, the mention of "flat namespace" is unexpected. Use of the flat namespace has been out of style since Mac OS X v10.1 introduced the two-level namespace in 2001.
