Description
It's useful to be able to include Python 3.2 and 3.3 when testing Python code. The change is fairly trivial. Note that the version expansion for py-cairo (#52641) is a prerequisite for this to actually work with Python 3.2.
I originally included 2.6 as well, but it doesn't build for 2.6, so I removed that one.

The policy I proposed a few years ago was that, in an effort to reduce project-wide support load, we should only provide the two most recent versions on each of the 2.x and 3.x branches. That proposal has been mostly carried out. We should not be going backwards on this.
