This is crashing on :
---> p5.16-parse-cpan-meta is replaced by p5.22-parse-cpan-meta ---> Configuring p5.22-parse-cpan-meta Error: p5.22-parse-cpan-meta has been replaced by p5.22-cpan-meta; please install that instead.
I uninstalled p5.22-parse-cpan-meta, installed p5.22-cpan-meta, clean everything a few times, but it persists with this error.

No "crash" is occurring; you (or one of the other ports you're trying to install or upgrade) are just asking MacPorts to install a port that no longer exists. Maybe if you attach the main.log file it will contain additional information we can use to help you figure out why.
