Description
... which would be the destination one usually got up to now.
Plus, the header button named "Wiki" already leads to the wiki's root page.

I don’t know, the Trac site is kind of its own thing. I would be confused if the logo linked to what is effectively an entirely different site.

It won't be confusing when there is a unified header/footer on all MacPorts sites that behaves the same on every site.

In my mind I do connect the MacPorts logo with MacPorts' main page...

I don't think this will change for now, and there is apparently no consensus on actually changing it.
I'll close this for now in order to reduce our open tickets.
I'll address this at the latest when I get a unified header and footer onto all our sites.
