The portindex utility should have a man page, and this man page should then be referenced in the "SEE ALSO" section of the port(1) man page.

PortIndex is now regen'd automatically and users shouldn't be touching it, so there's no need for a manual page documenting it portindex(1) (if anyone wants to index themselves, they should probably be savvy enough to figure stuff out). Closing ticket as invalid.

There's a sketch for a portindex man page that I plan to include in our sources later, when I get the time to finish it ;-) That being said, I have to admit I don't see much added value in this move.... Comments?
