gmx has an SPF policy that ends with -all indicating that they don't want you to be able to use a mailing list in the 'normal' way. I'm not sure if mailman checks for just this SPF case - but an appropriate dmarc_moderation_action might be able to help workaround it (all of the options are bad, however).

See also this warning about spf policy with -all:

I have no control to the spf policy from GMX I use my GMX account for some mailing-lists and login to open source community projects, so as here.

Neither do we. Contact GMX. Ask them to relax their SPF policy.

Apparently you tried to sent a mail to the old address @lists.macosforge.org. The mail server at Apple forwards mails for the old addresses to the new addresses, but does not apply SRS and uses the same envelope sender. Therefore, our new mail server at lists.macports.org will reject the mail as it does not fulfill the SPF requirements of gmx.net.
We no longer have control over the old mailing list server at macOS forge and there is no more we can do. Please just use the new mailing list address @lists.macports.org and everything will work fine.

Here I found a description for this problem too, but this is in german language: https://www.heinlein-support.de/blog/news/gmx-de-und-web-de-haben-mail-rejects-durch-spf/
Over which emailadress I could test them, without to send them to all subscriber? xxx@… xxx@…
PS: I had send an information to GMX about this problem too.
PPS: More about SPF syntax I read here now http://www.openspf.org/SPF_Record_Syntax

Now I used or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to
macports-users-request@…
and it worked - this problem are resolved now!
Great thanks! :-)
I think it's a problem to send from GMX
