I am still getting a fetch error, even after doing a fresh sudo port selfupdate. Looking in the Portfile it seems that the change was not downloaded. Is there something else other than selfupdate I need to do in order to get the newest version of the Portfile?

Wait an hour for the change to sync to the rsync server.
