py-pandas: please add Python 3.6

Description

Please add Python 3.6 for py-pandas.

I think the following packages need to get Python 3.6 support first (or at the same time) (as of Jan 6, 2017):

  • py-tables
  • py-bottleneck
  • py-numexpr

Is it just a matter of adding 36 to python.versions? If so I could make a pull request.

I'm getting this error now: 

Error: py36-tables cannot be built while hdf5 is active.
Error: Please forcibly deactivate hdf5, e.g. by running:

Installing pandas for the other Python versions worked for me out of the box. Is there a problem for Python 3.6?
