The log you attached is from an incomplete build attempt. It shows that only the build phase was attempted, because the earlier phases were completed before. "Before" could mean a long time ago, perhaps when you were running a different version of macOS, which could explain the build failure. Therefore, please run sudo port clean inkscape
, then try again.
