Description
Current swig-ruby supports ruby up to 2.3.
swig-ruby @3.0.12_1 (devel) Variants: ruby186, [+]ruby187, ruby19, ruby20, ruby21, ruby22, ruby23, universal . . . . .
Released stable ruby is 2.4 now. Could you please add 2.4 variant?

For right now - my personal preference would have ruby24 to be the default. Perhaps others would prefer ruby23, but I doubt that.
Are you sure swig-ruby must be version-dependent...? Are you doing different things based on whether it's ruby23 or ruby24?

Do you have an opinion as to which +ruby variant should be the default? Seems like 1.8.7 is pretty old by now ... I don't use Ruby, but I do use swig-python & swig-octave ...
