Description
"port install tiff" won't work for me (behind a proxy) because version 3.7.3 no longer exists on the first ftp server; and it incorrectly returns an error message in a file which then fails the MD5 checksum, rather than just failing outright. Version 3.7.4 _was_ there, so I just changed my local copy of the Portfile to retrieve and build this instead.
This bug was previously logged on darwinports@…, http://www.opendarwin.org/ pipermail/darwinports/2005-September/028156.html, but I couldn't find anything similar in Bugzilla.

fixed the mirrors and also updated to 3.7.4
