Patch to update the gaw Portfile

The author of gaw fixed quickly the issue. I have updated the Portfile to the new version 20170605. While at it, I have enhanced the Portfile by adding two new variants gtk2 and gtk3 to select the GUI toolkit to use. Hopefully someone will soon commit these changes. Even though I am maintainer of this port, I don't have the rights to commit or update the keywords for this issue.
It might help if you add the keyword "haspatch".

I tried to simply update the Portfile. Unfortunately, the new version already generates an error during the configure step, which cannot be easily fixed due to missing files in the distribution archive. I have contacted the author of gaw concerning this bug.
