Description

libarchive needs to be configured with --with-lzo2 to include LZO support, apparently this is not auto-detected.

libarchive: update to 3.3.2.

Primary maintainer timeout.
Remove now-unnecessary patches.
Some reformatting of Portfile too.
Addresses #54464 .
