Description

Apparently ruldoff is not active in keeping FileZilla updated. FileZilla-related tickets like #50514 or #53008 haven't get responded for months. I'd like to take over the ownership.

In 2c2376ac499f6e5955031afffd907a4d0f8fba4f/macports-ports:

FileZilla: update to 3.28 and fix building with Xcode < 8

The latest FileZilla requires thread_local, which is not supported until
Xcode 8.0.

Other changes:

  • Use cxx11 1.1 group instead for better maintainability
  • Take over maintainership
  • Closes: #54821
