Description
the current dhcp port tries to download the source tarball (dhcp-3.0.2.tar.gz) from ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp and its mirrors. since 3.0.2 is no longer the latest version, the file has been moved to ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-3.0-history/
