When trying 'sudo port install inkscape' in macOS High Sierra, I get the following message:

In the future, please Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers inkscape), if any. As reporter, you do not need to Cc yourself.

You have provided no useful information to debug your problem. Please attach the main.log file after cleaning the port (sudo port clean inkscape) and re-open the ticket.
