Description
If Xcode version less than 9 is installed then macports should detect this and stop with error message. I thought I had performed the Xcode update on one of my Macs. ffmpeg fails to configure. I spent a lot of time tracking down why. FYI: Home-brew found this.

Yes, port diagnose
should detect this. It uses xcode_versions.ini from the ports tree.
