mysql57 +universal: mysql_config syntax error

Lines 118-119 of mysql_config are:

cflags="-I$pkgincludedir -Os -fno-omit-frame-pointer 
cxxflags="-I$pkgincludedir -Os -stdlib=libc++ -fno-omit-frame-pointer 

Note the missing closing quote on each line.

This only happens with the universal variant.

mysql56 doesn't have this problem.
