Description

I've attempted two complete reinstalls of MacPorts. I've changed permissions, cleaned ports, tried manually fetching and installing ports, and I cannot accomplish any successful installation. I have managed to manually fetch the ports once or twice, but after that it denies any installation. I can successfully "self update" Macports though.

I get this same issue with every port attempted to install. After hours and hours of searching through various past tickets, i've given up and hope that you can help.
