Description
MKVToolNix was recently updated to v19.0.0. MKVToolNix v16.0.0 and greater require libmatroska 1.4.8.

Thanks for letting me know 1.4.8 is available; the mkvtoolnix build didn't complain about it, and livecheck didn't find it because they switched from bz2 to xz distfile.
