mkvtoolnix: Disable update checker

Description

When I launch mkvtoolnix-gui from the command line, it checks for an update. This should be disabled.

$ mkvtoolnix-gui

Yes that would be a good idea. I haven't looked into how to do that.

  • Set --maxdepth 6000 to fix problem building docs with xsltproc
  • Disable update checking
  • Fix minor lint issue
