This means the SQLite registry file at
/opt/local/var/macports/registry/registry.db
is corrupted. This should usually not happen, as SQLite is very robust. This might be an indicator of a failure in RAM or disk on your system. In this situation, there is nothing we can do to rescue the database, as we do not know which data was already lost due to the corruption. You have to wipe your MacPorts installation and then install from scratch.
